The minimalistic ambiance of the villa is determined by the spacious open plan living area with sliding doors opening onto the pool and the yard with pine trees and a fishpond, the open plan dining area that looks out over the pool and the open plan kitchen with a small island.

The main bedroom in the central house structure, with access to the ‘zen’ garden, is dominated by a huge floor-level bathtub for two persons, two washbasins and a cloakroom. An enormous wooden sliding door between this area and the rest of the house, provides complete privacy. The structure is completed by two other bedrooms overlooking the small vineyard, separated from the central house by a large fishpond and provided of a separate entrance. Under the pool bar, with a large terrace in teak wood, completely independent, is “The Suite”, with en suite bathroom facilities and strategically located to offer guests the comfort of a large private garden.

The kitchen on the south side of the house can be completely open to provide table service through the barbecue area to the pagoda. It is tropical and very hot in Ibiza at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, but a refreshing delicate breeze that coils in from the sea, and the homemade wine, produced in the small vineyard south of the house, refreshes and prepares guests for the inevitable “siesta”.

Along the perimeter of the house, a band of spatula concrete that seems like a lifted runway, connects the guest-area to the swimming pool with designer sunbeds, beach umbrellas and a bar under the shade of the pagoda that dominates the pool-area.
