Doors open right along the front of the villa to a covered terrace with dining and seating areas and bbq. Beyond this is a lawned area and path leading to the swimming pool area. The huge pool is 11m x 11m square and the surrounding sundeck is comfortably furnished.

The interior of the house is light and spacious with minimalist style, with cream tiled floors, high ceilings and white walls adorned with beautiful modern art. The large living room has a fireplace, large plasma screen TV and plenty of seating. At the other end of this open plan space is a dining area opening to a well-equipped kitchen.

The six double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms are located on the first floor. All the bedrooms have private balconies overlooking the garden and each set of two have interlocking doors, perfect for families.
