The house is designed to admit pleasant fresh air even on the hottest summer days, but can be further cooled down through under-floor cooling/heating system. In the basement is a fully equipped exercise room, a sauna, Hammam, large shower, toilets and cloakroom, laundry and store room.

The west wing of the main building houses the sleeping quarters consisting of 5 bedrooms, 4 with king-size beds and one with 2 single beds, and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom on the 1st floor, with a stunning south facing view, has a bed fit for a King, a dressing room, its own bathroom and air conditioning. The other 4 bedrooms are spread over 2 levels. The 2 on each level share a magnificent central bathroom with a white pebbled floor, bath with a Jacuzzi, Italian shower, 2 basins and WC.

The home cinema room in the basement contains 3 extra king-size beds and can be converted into a dormitory for teenagers on request.

The stone cottage provides another large room with a king-size bed, a green granite shower room, kitchenette and TV.

A cathedral-like sitting room dominates the living area on the 1st floor. There is a picture window that opens onto a large terrace overlooking the ornamental pools; a central fireplace, piano and sofas. The passageway leading from the dining area to the patio, has a glass floor which provides intriguing glimpses of moving water and fish. There is a fully equipped, air conditioned kitchen

In front of the house is a huge outdoor swimming pool and Zen-like gardening features, with water lilies and fish. There is also an indoor swimming pool in an entirely glass-enclosed space with a fireplace, large Indonesian bed and Alfresco dining area for 8 guests. The terraces have manificent views.
