The living areas of the chateau are arranged on 4 floors with a newly installed lift to service them.  A very grand reception hall, with a sweeping impressive double stone staircase, leads into 3 main reception rooms, dining room, drawing room and library, all with original oak paneling and huge fireplaces, exquisite art works, ancient paintings and tapestries and crystal chandeliers. The professional kitchens have state-of-the-art catering facilities. An original and carved long corridor, lined with stained glass windows, leads to the Gothic Inhouse Chapel.

All 12 double bedrooms and 3 large suites have en suite bathrooms/shower rooms. No two bedrooms are alike – each has its own character and all are richly furnished with antique and sumptuous period furniture. The Tower Suite, on 2 floors, boasts an original circular domed hand painted ceiling in the large circular bedroom. It has a large circular drawing room, that leads off its own entrance hall, large en suite bathroom and 2 separate WC’s.

An outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, located in an old walled vegetable garden of several acres, has a renovated pool house, with a bathroom and a kitchenette. The island on the lake boasts a control system for monitoring the level of the lake water. A huge lakeside terrace is lit and has both water and electrical connections.
