The living area opens to a dining room with round glass-top dining table, opening to terrace with outdoor dining area open-plan kitchen, equipped with American fridge freezer/ice maker, dishwasher, vitro-ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine and toaster. Stairs lead down from the rear of the kitchen to a laundry room and there is also access to the garage.

A hallway from the ground floor living room leads to a double/twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Another double/twin bedroom has an en suite bath and shower room.
