The house is beautifully appointed, with an elegant and relaxed mix of modern design and antique furniture. Valuable family furniture, comfortable sofas, lamps and lighting fixtures by renowned designers, all contribute to imbue the house with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The main structure, IL CASALE, is built on 2 floors in an L shape with windows looking out to Lake Trasimeno, and inwards on a quiet garden courtyard. There are 5 bedrooms, 5½ bathrooms, 3 vast living areas, 4 fireplaces, housekeeper's quarters and 2 full kitchens. Common areas and main bedrooms are equipped with telephone with intercom, gate-opening function, and independent plug for computer connection, satellite television and fax. The upstairs rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

IL FIENILE, The Dependence, has a living-dining area with queen size sleeper sofa, television, beautifully designed fireplace that opens on both living and the fully equipped kitchen. The double bedroom upstairs with en suite bathroom with bathtub, is connected to the main house by telephone and intercom.

IL POLLAIO, situated between the two main buildings, was set to support outdoor activities. There is an indoor kitchen an antique bread preparation chest (madia), a barbecue next to the pergola covered in wisteria vines with a stone table that sits 12/14 guests.

The 16 x 6 metre pool is covered in large local stones both inside and out to mirror the materials on the house and a band of mosaic tiles at the water’s edge. Its wide set of stairs gives easy access as well as its shallow wading pool along the entire length. There are two shaded areas under pergolas, a changing room, a full bathroom with shower as well as outdoor shower. The technologically-advanced water filtering system based on active oxygen virtually eliminates the use of chlorine.

Shopping for goodies will be organized prior to arrival to provide guests with basic foods for Sunday morning. A daily tasteful buffet breakfast with pastries, fresh fruits and more will be provided to start the day in the right way. Gina, your personal cook will prepare Italian dinners and the menu will be chosen with you after arrival (food cost not included). A maid will organize the house for 7 hours a day, arriving early morning until lunch time and coming back late afternoon for turn down service.
