The island offers idyllic country pathways in a Nature Reserve and Bird Sanctuary. The North Eastern side of the island is mainly covered in pine trees verging into scrub and flat land at the island's center, ideal for jogging and nature walks. The beaches on the Western side of the island provide a private mooring and excellent opportunities for water sports. The lighthouse on the Island is more than a 100 years old.

The mansion is situated right in the centre of the island. Its trendy and sophisticated interior has been designed by the well-known Italian interior designer Danilo Silvestrin in cooperation with Kühn & Partner interior design. Benefiting of a heliport, helicopter transfers from Ibiza airport and private escapades are made possible.

Floor to ceiling impact resistant glazed windows and exterior doors; customised, designed doors, closets and cabinets; a designer kitchen with professional equipment; high-tech sound system from ‘Bang & Olufsen’; Internet with WiFi and LED light system are some of the unique features of the mansion.

Sleeping for 10 is provided in 5 luxury double suites with 5 en suite bathrooms.
