The clean lines of the design, combined with the stylish minimalistic interior architecture, enhances the glorious Greek sunshine and the panoramic azure ocean views outside.

The villa consists of two separate houses, the Main house and the Guest house. The Main house is on 2 separate levels. The ground level houses 1 guest bedroom with an attractive sitting area and a large children’s room with 3 beds, a bathroom and a storage area. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom can be found on the pool level. This level also houses the sitting room, dining room, kitchen and a guest bathroom.

The Guest house was also built on 2 levels. The pool level provides for 2 guests bedrooms and a bathroom. The upper level has 1 master bedroom with a bathroom, a kitchen, drawing room and a dining corner.

The house has extensive grounds, verandas and covered outside areas for guests’ ultimate enjoyment. There is a barbeque area, a pool area and a separate sitting spot facing the magnificent sunsets.

There are separate servants’ quarters occupied by the permanent staff. The house is rented with two caretakers. If needed, more staff (eg a cook) can be sent from Athens.
