Built in 1860, the Villa stands on a small hill within the grounds of the Estate, it offers splendid views of Lake Como and is where you will feel most at home.

Its 300 square meters (2,700 square feet) are equally distributed between three floors and it features a living room with a terrace with lake views, a dining room, a kitchen, a fully-equipped laundry room and four bedrooms. The villas has 2 rooms with a fix large bed and a private balcony facing the lake and 2 rooms with a large bed or twin beds facing the garden. Each room has an en-suite dressing room and a marble bathroom. The Villa has an elevator and air conditioning
