Cantagrillo is a small hamlet of three adjoining buildings surrounded by 6 hectares of land, divided into woods and Mediterranean garden framing the pool.

The Villa
The interiors are in natural local materials: terracotta tiles, decorated wooden beams. Ideal location for spending holiday in a typical Tuscan villa.

On the Upper level accessible by stone stairs with wooden ceiling and frescoed walls.
There are two bedrooms , spacious bathrooms en suite, independent living room with fireplace and sofa. Terracotta corridor leading to a terrace and to the pool.

The ground floor of the villa, entrance hall with fireplace, sofa and armchairs, a second suite with bathroom en suite, living room with fireplace and sofa.
The dining room is communicating with the hall room by a brick arch, with a living corner and a loft furnished with armchairs.
A professional kitchen leading to the garden and patio with a large wooden table ( 20 seats) and a wide barbecue.

The adjoining Buildings:
Limonaia Cottage (70 sq.m) on two levels provided with two bright double rooms and two bathrooms en suite, each room supplied with its entrance , doors facing green space .

Myrtle Cottage (58 sq.m) on two levels with main door going directly to a double room , bathroom en suite , by stone stairs we find a spacious living room with sofa, fireplace and a wooden door opening to green and shaded space.
