over 350 km of excellent slopes and about 34 restaurants within the
skiing area. For skiers and snowboardes with a wish for extreme, the
area of Corvatsch would be recommendable. This mountain offers a
variety of steep slopes and backcountry options. Corviglia/ Marguns is
the biggest skiing area in the Engadine valley, known for the breathtaking
views, high quality of slopes and well-reputed restaurants. It is also
known for the Piz Nair as the steepest start slope in Switzerland with a
100% drop.
Ski-in ski-out conditions are not very common for the Engadine valley, so
count on driving or walking to the chosen ski area.
Socializing seems to get as much attention in St. Moritz as sport. Under
the romantic starlit skies of the Engadine valley is something for
everyone: excellent restaurants providing haute cuisine, a casino inviting
to test your luck and the nightclubs for dancing through the night.
Interesting sights like the Segantini Museum, the leaning tower of the
