Tucked against a beautiful hillside, the numerous balconies and large terraces give you bird’s eye views of the village and the surrounding mountains, encompassing all 3 of Zermatt’s ski areas. The chalet is situated up over the village near the church and the old Zermatt village. The chalet is accesed through a tunnel and an elevator. The entrance of the tunnel is 200 metre from the end of the ski runs beneath the Matterhorn Express lift station, just 4 min walk from the church square.

FULL DESCRIPTION

The luxurious free standing three storey chalet, delicately combines an alpine, cosy and contemporary finish, with liberal use of wood and stone. The chalet is 200 m from the Matterhorn Express base lift station. Zermatt makes use of a street level tunnel which leads to a lift (elevator) built inside the mountain, from the top of which it is a gentle 2 minute walk to the property. The chalet is also close to the village centre.

It has 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The chalet is equipped with the latest technology with large plasma screen satellite TVs, fireplace and geothermal heating to reduce the chalet's carbon foot-print. There is TV / DVD in every bedroom.
Skis and boots can be left in the tunnel’s ski-room.

The chalet has its own private sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi / hot tub.

This chalet is adjacent to two chalets, each sleeping 8 guests. All three chalets can be rented together enabling a group of up to 26 people to stay in the same location while benefiting from the space and privacy that only a sole-occupancy luxury chalet normally provides.
