Saas-Fee 'The Pearl of the Alps', is an ancient village in a superb high-altitude setting surrounded by 13 4,000-metre snow capped peaks, including the highest mountain in Switzerland, the Dom (4,545m), forming a dramatic and unique backdrop. At an altitude of 1800m, with skiing up to 3500m, Saas Fee is one of the most snow-sure resorts in the Alps with over 140km of skiing in the valley and a modern lift system - plus awesome views. Blackened chalets interspersed with modern hotels, fashion boutiques and ski shops line its narrow car-free streets. Skiing starts from either the Alpin Express or at the nursery slopes for the ski school and lifts to Felskinn, Langfluh and Platjen. By day the resort offers plenty of restaurants and boutiques and if you have the energy later, there are local bars and cellar nightclubs within a short walk from the chalet. Just up the road (50m), you can take the Hannig lift up to the start of the 5 km toboggan run, or if you wish for a quieter time during the day, there are fabulous walks back down to the village with various mountain restaurants from which to enjoy the views.

The duplex apartment displays a luxurious blend of contemporary style with an alpine feel, old wood blending with modern sleek kitchen and bathrooms.

The double height sitting room, with roaring log fire and large balcony, looks up to the glaciers and the Dom, which is Switzerland's highest mountain.

There are 3 twins and 1 double bedroom all en suite. Two of the bathrooms have spa baths. Dressing gowns and a selection of Molton Brown lotions are provided.

The linen is from the The White Company and a choice of excellent Swiss wines is selected from the cellars of the Michelin restaurant "Waldhotel Fletschhorn".
