Refurbished in 2004, the chalet offers all the amenities of modern day living yet has retained its traditional feel of a home from home. Indeed, it is all about old-school luxury with antique furniture, rugs and paintings giving it a wonderfully established feel. The sitting room and drawing room each has a flat screen television with cable and digital satellite channels.

Each of the 4 bedrooms features its own en suite marble bathroom, 3 with balconies looking up to the mighty Matterhorn, arguably the most famous mountain in the world. There is also a bunk room as part of a family suite should your party be larger than 8 guests.

Relax in style in the outdoor hot tub, or enjoy a steam shower or massage after a day on the slopes. Take in a film on the LCD televsion screen or keep in touch via the chalet's wireless broadband internet service. There are no less than 3 fireplaces – one in the drawing room, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.
