The building complies with the best modern architectural standards, from the framework in armed concrete to the soundproofing and heat insulation. Meanwhile the walls, covered with Val d'Isère stone, the roof made of "ltoze" (another typical stone of Val d'Isère) and the "bournes savoyardes" or chimneys, provided in the living-room and the master suite of the chalet, completely respect the traditional local style.

The chalet is built over four storeys with an elevator to service the floors. It has recently been refurnished and all the finishes are of a very high standard.
