The cosy chalet has been sympathetically modernized up to the latest standards while maintaining its delightful charm. The chalet is 160km from Zurich airport and a 1 hour drive from Samedan. Close to a shuttle bus stop, it is halfway between Gotchna & Madrisa liftsand near to the centre of town.
FULL DESCRIPTION
The entrance hall on the first floor leads to an extremely spacious drawing room with dining area and two sitting areas, one chill-out area and another in front of the open fireplace and satellite TV. This area is partly open to a high ceiling and all panelled with old wood. The living area leads through to a well equipped kitchen. There is also a south facing terrace/balcony for enjoyment of the natural surroundings.
On the entrance level, there is a double bedroom with shower, 2 single bedrooms, a bathroom and a second separate WC. All rooms are decorated with lots of old wood, one with a charming built-in four poster bed. Upstairs, on the first floor, there is a self-contained large room with king size bed and sitting area, satellite TV and a large bathroom, plus a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Downstairs, at garden level, is a self-contained very large and newly decorated double room with king size bed, satellite TV and direct access to the garden, with a large bathroom and separate sauna shower.
The chalet also provides a small gym, an outside Jacuzzi, a separate staff flat and parking for several cars.
