FULL DESCRIPTION

The 400sqm of living space, spread out over 4 floors, was artfully crafted by local carpenters and is loaded with rustic charm. On the entrance level there is the rustic kitchen with a fireplace and dining area – a very social space. The kitchen has been designed integrating modern appliances such as a range cooker and cappuccino machine with rustic fittings. Upstairs is the light and spacious living room with another fireplace and access out to the sunny south-facing balcony.

A games room for children is located just next to the kitchen and there are 2 bedrooms with one bathroom on this floor. On the second level there are 3 more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, with Philippe Starck fittings in some of them, and a study. On the top floor is the children’s bedroom with 4 small beds and a WC, en suite.

The lodge provides all the luxurious facilities one could wish for including a 2000sqm garden, the spacious sauna and relaxation area as well as a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, housed in the basement, and covered car park. The piece de resistance is the outdoor hot tub offering panoramic views of the Mont Blanc.
