The chalet has bespoke furnishings designed exclusively for the chalet and original works of art from the owner’s personal collection. The exterior façade and interiors combine burned and sand blasted rustic wood, beautiful stonework and stucco plaster work on some interior walls. The use of these traditional materials contrasts beautifully with the modern design features and technology to create a stunning harmony.

The spacious and spectacular living/dining area, with a massive fireplace separating the living and dining areas, have windows out to the garden and the balcony with outdoor furniture, a stylish lounge corner and BBQ bar. The kitchen is equipped with the finest high-end facilities and there is also a separate breakfast table and a small breakfast terrace which captures the morning sun.

The first master suite, which also has its private entrance, is located next to the swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers next to it. This spacious and light bedroom accesses the garden and it has a fireplace with a comfortable chaise longue in front of it. There is also a mezzanine with an extra bed and a study. There is a second en suite master bedroom. The left side of the property has 3 double bedrooms, which all have en suite bathrooms and direct garden access via sliding doors. The ground floor also contains a guest toilet and a children’s room with bunk beds, and en suite bathroom and access to the garden.

Privately tucked away at the far end of the chalet, above the garage, is a home cinema room with the latest sound system and cosy furnishings. In the right side of the chalet there is a sumptuous indoor swimming pool and spa area with a massage table and steam rooms. This space has huge windows offering panoramic views of the mountains and it opens out to the garden.

The separate staff quarters has an independent kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There is sufficient parking.
