The attractive apartment is situated in a new and ultra modern 5-storey chalet (apartment block) in the district of Winkelmatten. The chalet is in a quiet location on a slope and provides a beautiful view of the Cervin. There is a 80 m steep footpath to the property. The snug 4-room apartment with its modern and comfortable furnishings is situated on the 1st floor of the chalet.

The living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV, flat screen TV, video, radio, CD-player, stereo unit and DVD, exits to the west facing balcony. The open kitchen, equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher and ceramic glass hob, exits to the balcony.

The smaller bedroom (11sqm) has an en suite shower/WC. The other 2 bedrooms are 13sqm big and open onto the balcony. There are 2 showers/WC. Each bedroom has a double bed and the luxury of flat screen satellite-TV, radio and electric shutters. Free Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]) is available throughout the apartment.

For the comfort of the guests in all the apartments of the chalet, the following amenities are provided: bio sauna, outdoor whirlpool bath (3.5 x 4 m, depth: 1.2 m), lift, ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), ski boot dryer. The following products are available in all baths/showers/WCs: shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and paper tissues. All guests receive a welcome kit with: 1 bottle of Valaisan red wine, 1 bottle of Valaisan white wine, 2 bottles of mineral water, a savoury snack, chocolate bars, a fruit basket, flowers, Nespresso capsules, dishwashing detergent, spices (pepper, salt etc.), sugar, information material about Zermatt (current brochures and maps) in the language of the guests and a DVD about Zermatt. It is also possible to send a shopping list by 2 days prior to arrival (groceries etc. are at extra cost, cash payment only). Firewood available (free of charge).
