The stunning property in the Sonalon area of Verbier was completed in 2011. It occupies an enviable position in the heights of Verbier, with unparalleled views of the village below and the surrounding mountains. The exterior of the chalet has been traditionally designed with the use of old wood in keeping with the local architecture. The interior was artfully designed by a leading London based interior designer.

FULL DESCRIPTION

The main entrance of the chalet takes you into the 2nd floor hallway. The expansive living room has floor to ceiling windows and an impressive open stone fireplace. The living area opens onto an extensive wrap balcony and the dining room can be closed off from the living area. A separate kitchen is located off the dining room with its own entrance.

The property, set out over 5 floors, linked by stairs and a lift, sleeps a total of 10 adults and 6 children. The master bedroom occupies the top floor (3rd floor). The bedroom has a bathroom with separate shower, a walk-in wardrobe and access to its own private balcony.

Downstairs on the 1st floor are located a further 5 bedrooms and a separate one bedroom apartment. All the bedrooms and the apartment are en suite and have access to a balcony or terrace. The bedrooms are configured as:
• Three double bedrooms each sleeping 2 people; one of these bedrooms has an en suite bathroom the others have en suite shower rooms
• One twin bedroom sleeping 2, with en suite bathroom
• One bunk bedroom sleeping 4, with en suite shower room

The ground floor contains the Spa & wellness area that consists of a large pool, Hammam, sauna, outdoor Jacuzzi, 2 massage rooms, bar and wet lounge area. The large cinema room, with a Crestron entertainment system, Apple TV, Sky Box, DVD, and all round Wi-Fi broadband provide all your entertainment needs. There is also a second playroom with video games. A separate kitchen, and 3 separate toilets are also located on this floor.

On the lower ground floor is a wine cellar with windows onto the pool, the ski and boot room and access to the private garage with parking spaces for 5 vehicles.

The property is fitted throughout with the latest in sound and vision systems.
