The delightful penthouse apartment is conveniently located for accessing the ski area as well as the village centre. You can ski down the Le Rouge piste where you can enjoy the après ski at the Le Rouge bar and restaurant and from here you are within a short stroll from the property. Its elevated position affords it uninterrupted wide angle views of the surrounding peaks.

FULL DESCRIPTION

The apartment is accessed either by elevator or stairs. You enter the property into a large hallway that opens into the charming and spacious open-plan living and dining area with beamed ceilings, a stone fire place and access to the large balcony. The dining table comfortably sits 10. A modern well equipped kitchen also opens from this area. There is a guest W.C. leading off the hallway.

A corridor leads from the hallway where the 4 bedrooms, sleeping 9, are located at the back of the property with views to the south and east. Three of the bedrooms have access to the rear or side balconies. The bedrooms comprise a twin with en suite bathroom, a large master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a bunk room with queen size bunkbeds and en suite shower room. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and an additional mezzanine floor which accommodates a 3rd bed. All the rooms have wall-mounted flatscreen televisions.

There is a shared ski locker and the property has private laundry facilities and 2 internal parking spaces in the underground garage. No driver service is provided at the property.

The chalet is sold on either a catered or self-catered basis.
