The spacious chalet is set out over 4 floors linked by an elevator and stairs. You can enter through the main entrance on the 1st floor or underground entrance from the garage.

The main reception rooms are on the first floor. Stairs lead from the hallway to the lavish living room with open fire and doors opening onto the extensive balcony. A library with home cinema opens off the living room and sliding doors lead to the wood panelled dining room comfortably seating 12. The airy kitchen is equipped to the highest standards. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen. A second Swiss style breakfast dining room is ideal for children.

The top floor houses a private apartment with an impressive master suite, a spacious bathroom, a private balcony, real fire and wonderful views from your bed! This master suite also houses a beautifully furnished sitting room and large study with its own balcony. A charming single bedroom (can be converted to a double bed) with a dressing room and private shower room are located on the top floor as well.

Down from the reception floor there are 5 bedrooms: 1 twin, 1 double, 1 bunkroom sleeping two and 2 further single bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have either an en suite or private bath or shower room featuring contemporary design. In the 2 single bedrooms and the 2 person bunkroom further pull-out beds are available (suitable for children).

At the back of the chalet is located a fantastic kids playroom with a stage, table football, TV area and board games. The room can also be converted into a small disco and has a bar area. There is a separate w.c. for this area.

The lower floor contains the hammam, games room with ping pong table and boxing bag, large ski-room, shower and W.C. This area can also be used as a massage room. There are 3 parking spaces, 2 in the underground garage and 1 outside.

A member of staff lives in a private apartment located at the back of the property.
