The holiday chalet is set on a gentle hill on a large 20,000m² plot and provides glorious views into the valley and the mountains. Nature lovers will adore the romantic and peaceful scenery and they might see deer and rabbits coming out of the forest and grazing in front of the 250-year-old barn. Besides the privileged location and utmost privacy, the chalet oozes exceptional alpine charm combined with modern architectural elements, amenities and fixtures. The chalet lies about 5 car minutes from the famous ski resort of Hochzillertal-Hochfügen that prides itself on having been chosen “The best ski destination in the world” in 2010 and 2011!

FULL DESCRIPTION

The very large open plan living area flowing into the modern kitchen is located on the first floor. Large panoramic windows and two sliding doors provide for maximum enjoyment of the surrounding mountain scenery. The outsize TV sofa made of 200-year-old larch trees invites several guests to rest comfortably side by side. You can reside next to the crackling fire in the fireplace lulled by the sounds of the Bose sound system or your choice of TV-program. The well-equipped country kitchen also boasts beautiful, wooden decor and elements, including a stunning, hand crafted wooden wall depicting the Zillertal mountain range.

There are 3 bedrooms hosting a maximum of 7 guests. The dpuble master bedroom with walk-in cupboard and balcony access, seems to belong in a fairy tale. The ceiling of the bedroom is beautifully decorated with old restored shingles and in the luxurious bath you can indulge in a hot Jacuzzi with light therapy and with extra-large VELUX roof windows, which can be opened in order to enjoy the open sky and the noise of the wind in the spruce trees. The second bedroom has a romantic wooden ceiling, double bed, wardrobes and private balcony. The family bathroom with shower is shared with bedroom 3, which has a double bed and a single bed, clothing shelves and chest. All 3 bedrooms enjoy flatscreen TV and Internet connection with laptop table.

After a long day on slopes you might also appreciate the wellness area on the lowest floor of the mountain retreat, complete with sauna, rain shower, starlit sky, heated mosaic bed and built-in Berker radio for perfect relaxation.

The garage is large enough for 2 vehicles and hosts a room to store the skis and ski equipment. A large terrace with 90 m² is located on the north-facing side of the chalet – and there is an impressive stone wall behind the chalet offering more seating options with 100% privacy.
