The 190sqm apartment is located on the first floor of the suite buiding and features a spacious living room with a dining table for 10 persons, an open fireplace, a large terrace and an elegant Bulthaup kitchen. A state-of-the-art digital Dolby surround sound system and a DVD player are available in the living room.

It large apartment has spacious 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a walk-in cupboard and a desk with laptop, printer, fax machine and scanner. All 3 bedrooms feature LCD TV sets, telephone and internet radio. All rooms have access to the WIFI internet network (free of charge).

A special feature is the private movie, exclusively reserved for suites guests. A state-of-the-art technical equipment with Digital Dolby Surround Sound and a Blu-Ray player as well as cosy leather movie chairs are available.
