Charming and contemporary with stunning views

The luxury chalet was built to the highest Swiss standards and finished as recently as 2009. It is located above the village of Verbier on the 1,800m level with stunning views of the Alps and the Verbier ski area. It has a superb hill side location next to beautiful other chalets though it is on a smaller and more modest scale. A shuttle bus passes Rue Marlene every 20 minutes and takes you to the Carrefour station. You can ski back into the chalet from Savolyere piste. By 2013 the Savolyere Gondola will have been moved to Rte du Golf, just 600 meters from the chalet. From this location the Les Ruinettes area will also be connected by a new Gondola. The Sonalon Restaurant is a mere few hundred meters from the chalet and the charming mountain restaurant La Marmotte is within walking distance.

FULL DESCRIPTION

Throughout the charming chalet, inside and outside, old wood has been used, craftily mixed with ultra modern elements. All of this creates a warm and cozy, yet contemporary, ambience.

An inviting fireplace is the centre piece in the spacious high-ceiling living room. The chalet has the luxury of remote-control blinds, sun-shaded windows, floor heating, WiFi and satellite TV (not Sky). The ultra modern kitchen, bathrooms and wardrobes are by Boffi.

The chalet sleeps 8 in 3 comfortable bedrooms, plus one bunkbeds for two kids. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 en suite, a large steambath with a shower and two separate wc’s.

A garage, providing parking for 2 vehicles, was completed recently.
