This is a large chalet surrounded by fields of snow and woodland (22'000 sqm park) in a style traditional to this area. You are 2000 metres above sea level so expect to have excellent snowfall all winter and easy access to one of the best ski domain's of the Engadine valley: Corvatsch . The chalet is located close to the lovely village of Silvaplana, 4 miles from St. Moritz and close to the lift system for Corviglia. You have wonderful views, complete calm, and lots of sun. The chalet is ideal for a family or group of friends.

FULL DESCRIPTION

The house is furnished throughout in a traditional and rustic
style that is typical of the homes in this valley that are not
brand new or that have not been renovated. This is old world
style but very warm and cosy and there are a few grand
touches such as the large winding staircase with a wrought
iron banister that leads to the first floor and the large fireplace
in the living room.

The ground floor houses a very spacious, open plan living room and dining area and a recently renovated kitchen. On the first floor you find 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A large bedroom with beds for 3 children and a shower room is located on the topfloor. Two staff bedrooms, a bathroom and double garage on the ground floor complete the picture.

Daily cleaning is provided as well as our unique concierge service. A chef and host can be organised on request.
