The Duplex Apartment is built on 2 floors connected by a designer stairway.
Both the upper and lower levels have their own entry to the main building of the private residence. It has 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom, Jacuzzi/Hot tub, living room and fireplace, 2 large double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room, the other one with en-suite bathroom. 2 double rooms, one with en suite shower room and the second one sharing a shower room. In addition, there is a children’s bedroom with bunk beds, sharing the shower room.
The apartment has a big open plan kitchen with a bar, as well as a large dining room, sitting 12 to 14 guests.
