This week’s Foodie Friday is the opportunity to dine on the rooftop of the world. 360 degree views of Whistlers ski slopes and towering peaks.
Ride the various open air chair lifts and gondolas of Whistler including the world record breaking Peak 2 Peak Gondola with its glass bottom for a ‘birds eye’ view of the forest. Take in the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic games display inside the roundhouse lodge and have access to over 50kms of hiking, running and interpretive walking trails.
From the 27th June until 6th September you can enjoy a mouth-watering BBQ, fresh salads and delicious desserts at 6000 ft. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only.
Friday Evening: Whole Hog Fridays – Featuring slow roasted pork on the rotisserie over hot coals and all the fixin’s.
Saturday Evening: Slow Roasted Prime Rib BBQ – Featuring slow cooked prime rib and slow-smoked BBQ carved for you by our culinary team.
