Sommer Concours Hippique, St. Moritz: 5-7 August

New Orleans Jazz Festival, St. Moritz; 19-21 August
The 20th Celerina New Orleans Jazz Festival will take place every day from 19-21 August. It promises to be of good quality with top national and international jazz stars. One of the organisers said: “Street parades through idyllic Celerina, atmospheric performances on the village square, and thrilling evening concerts in the hotels draw fans of New Orleans jazz from far and wide. Whether young or old, small or tall, everyone is very welcome at this anniversary celebration”. People who prefer a more meditative musical experience will enjoy the jazz church service a lot.
St. Moritz Art Master, 26 August-4 September
Contemporary art from America will be the main topic at the 9th edition of the festival this year. The “walk of art” connects the various exhibition venues in the Engadin – from Maloja to S-chanf. You are invited to explore exhibitions of international, national and regional artists. Over a period of ten days, citizens of St. Moritz completely dedicate themselves to art and culture. Admission is free of charge.
