  1. Hair
Tie long hair in a small bun and secure it with an invisible hair net for extra support. When the time comes for lunch or après, your hair will appear unscathed and without any sign of that large fall!
  2. Hands
Constantly removing your gloves with exposure to the cold weather can leave your hands and nails feeling dry and cracked. Apply oil around each nail cuticle and use hand cream every morning before you head out onto the slopes.
  3. Face
As your face combats a combination of harsh conditions, including sun rays, snow, sleet and wind, it is important to prep your skin each morning and rescue it each evening.
  4. Lips
Powerful winds and dry air will often cause chapped lips. Be sure to exfoliate, cleanse and moisturise your lips before you travel and at least every couple of days whilst you are away.
  5. Body
After a week’s long adventure and excitement on the slopes, there are sure to be a few aches and pains. At the end of each day, nothing beats a hot bath to really relax those tired muscles.
