Well-designed and spread over three floors, 550m² Chalet Couttet with its vivid furnishings and contemporary finishes is one of the best in Chamonix. Centrally located, you drive a few minutes to the main lifts in the valley and the pedestrian area of the resort. Ten guests can sleep in comfort in five well-appointed en-suite bedrooms. Top of the range relaxation facilities elevate this chalet to a league of its own: a large heated outdoor pool, cinema room, games room, and a spa with a sauna, hammam, massage and yoga areas.

When entering the chalet, a central steel staircase makes the first impression. Follow it upwards and you enter directly into the living room which has double height vaulted ceilings and unusual supporting structures. In this area, you will find two stylish lounges with terrace access, a fireplace, bar area, dining table seating 12 and an open-plan kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling south facing windows provide splendid views of Mont Blanc.

The wonderful entertainment areas are on the lower ground floor entrance level. Leading from this area is a large and warmly inviting cinema room. Chalet Couttet has an outdoor eight person hot tub with uninterrupted views of the mountains around Chamonix, as well as a 12 metre heated outdoor swimming pool.

During the winter, a fixed translucent domed cover is placed over a pool with a hatch in the side for access.

In the wellness suite you have access to a sauna, hammam, massage tables, a gym area and even a studio for yoga, Pilates or fitness. The ski room with boot heaters is also located here. A huge games room has a pool table surrounded by comfy couches with a bar area in the corner.

Five chic and beautifully laid out bedrooms can accommodate up to ten guests. Each bedroom of Chalet Couttet is named after an animal, indicating the individual theme of the room. Penguin bedroom is a master double bedroom on the first floor with super-king sized bed, freestanding bathtub and en-suite shower room; with access to the garden terrace and the exterior hot tub.

Most bedrooms have balcony or terrace access, adding an extra dimension to your holiday. The two master bedrooms both have in-room baths and the other rooms all have en-suite shower rooms. Butterfly bedroom, with its tell-tale butterfly wall and king-size/twin bed, is pretty in pink. A double/twin bedroom with king-size bed and direct balcony access, is named the Stag bedroom. Wolf and Fox complete the collection of bedrooms.
