Located in the Province of Turin, this region is rich in winter sport history, not least because Via Lattea was one of the primary host areas for the Turin 2006 Winter Olympic Games.

The easiest way to reach Via Lattea is by flying to Turin with transfers from here taking around 90 minutes. There is a railway station at Oulx for those who prefer not to fly.
