Top Tips for Beauty & Wellness on the Slopes
Tips and tricks to help you prioritise the beauty essentials to leave you feeling relaxed, revitalised and rejuvenated on the slopes.
From thermals and sunglasses to gloves and goggles, there are plenty of necessities needed for alpine trips. With sub-zero temperatures and high-altitude resorts, it is very easy for your body to become dehydrated and overworked so packing products to prep your body is vital. However, help is at hand with our top tips and tricks to help you prioritise beauty essentials to leave you feeling relaxed, revitalised & rejuvenated on the slopes.

- Hair
Tie long hair in a small bun and secure it with an invisible hair net for extra support. When the time comes for lunch or après, your hair will appear unscathed and without any sign of that large fall! - Hands
Constantly removing your gloves with exposure to the cold weather can leave your hands and nails feeling dry and cracked. Apply oil around each nail cuticle and use hand cream every morning before you head out onto the slopes. - Face
As your face combats a combination of harsh conditions, including sun rays, snow, sleet and wind, it is important to prep your skin each morning and rescue it each evening. - Lips
Powerful winds and dry air will often cause chapped lips. Be sure to exfoliate, cleanse and moisturise your lips before you travel and at least every couple of days whilst you are away. - Body
After a week’s long adventure and excitement on the slopes, there are sure to be a few aches and pains. At the end of each day, nothing beats a hot bath to really relax those tired muscles.
