1. Chalet Tataali, Morzine

Located just a short chauffeured drive from the lifts, seven-bedroom Chalet Tataali offers four floors of luxury living combined with outstanding entertainment and wellness facilities. From the slide leading from the entrance lobby into the games room, complete with monkey bars on the ceiling, to the bunk room featuring a climbing wall, children will adore this chalet.

Not to worry though; adults are taken care of too with a well-stocked bar and wine cellar to enjoy. A comfy cinema room and spectacular spa with a heated 10-metre pool, hammam, sauna and hot tub, complete the almost endless list of amenities.

2. Chalet Tango, Tignes

If you are after something a little different from your typical traditional chalet, then Chalet Tango is the perfect option. With elements of the interior created from part of 1950s military aircraft, the inside of the chalet is particularly striking. You only have to look at the coffee table made from the propeller engine or the control panel by the entrance to realise this chalet is nothing short of unique.

We particularly love the children’s “Air Force One” bedroom, complete with a slide, a central ceiling fan made from a plane’s propeller and a TV room created from part of a fuselage (aircraft’s main body). In addition, there is an outside hot tub on the terrace and a wellness centre to relax mind, body and soul after a day on the slopes.

Chalet Marco Polo living room

3. Chalet Marco Polo, Val d’Isere

Situated in the heart of the Val d’Isere, Chalet Marco Polo has everything required for a memorable family holiday. The large open plan living area is the perfect place to gather together and share stories of the day, and with a cinema screen dropping down from the ceiling, entertainment is on tap too. A games room with a pool table, biathlon laser shooting game and interactive racing car game provides fun for all the family.

After dark, this striking Val d'Isere chalet turns into your private party pad with a bar, laser effects, smoke machine and entertainment system. If that’s not all, there’s an entire floor dedicated to wellness; take a dip in the indoor pool, unwind in the Jacuzzi, work out in the fully-equipped Technogym and relax in the hammam.

Luxury chalet nyumba playroom

4. Chalet Nyumba, Verbier

One of several Verbier chalets located in the Sonalon area , Chalet Nyumba provides a wonderful cosy base for a family ski holiday. With seven bedrooms, including a children’s bunk room, there is plenty of space for up to 12 adults and four children. Adjoining the chalet is a self-contained guest mazot with a small kitchenette and dining area. This is ideal for a nanny or teenagers who like their privacy.

The interior is warm and inviting featuring Alpine-themed decor and African inspired artwork. Fantastic views can be enjoyed from the open plan living area and entertainment is available in the cinema room and playroom. The chalet also houses a spectacular spa with an adjustable-depth swimming pool, hammam, plunge pool, sauna and outdoor hot tub - bliss after a day tackling Verbier’s off-piste powder.

Chalet V living room and dining room

5. Chalet V, La Tzoumaz

Linked to the Les 4 Vallées ski area, La Tzoumaz is home to the fantastic family-friendly Chalet V. Beautifully designed, this inviting chalet is a home-away-from-home with a charming open plan living and dining area and an expansive terrace with a firepit.

After a day’s skiing, the superb spa will be a welcome sight. Opt for relaxing indoors in the sauna or head outside to the heated outdoor pool and spacious hot tub. There’s also a cosy TV room with Netflix and a retro-90s pinball machine to keep the family entertained during the winter evenings.

Apartment Tschoder living room

6. Apartment Tschoder, St Anton

Situated in one of St. Anton’s most enviable locations, Apartment Tschoder offers ski-in/ski-out access and exceptional views of the surrounding peaks. With seven spacious yet cosy bedrooms and two living areas, this stylish apartment is ideal for families holidaying together, providing plenty of space to spread out.
