The ultimate chalet for large groups, children staying at Ultima Crans Montana have their very own dormitories accommodating up to 10 children in each! With direct access to the slopes of Crans Montana, this stylish and contemporary chalet aligns traditional architecture with modern touches with a billiard room and a dining area able to seat up to 16 people.

Guests at Ultima also have access to the vast Ultima spa and clinic with Bahia Blanca marbles, teak wood and Baccarat crystal chandeliers. The spa includes a hammam and sauna as well as an outdoor pool and personalised treatments available for guests.

Spa Piste Rouge bedroom

3. Chalet Spa Piste Rouge, Verbier

A true children’s den, Chalet Spa Piste Rouge has an en-suite bedroom with a castle-shaped bunk bed complete with a hammock and swing! This chalet is a ski-out property with direct access to Piste Rouge and is just a 10-minute walk from the Verbier village.

For a nighttime adventure, when skiers have left the slopes for the day, the adjacent piste makes for a great toboggan run too, so put your head torches on and enjoy sliding down together. Children can also battle it out on the ping pong table and relax in the cinema room. When bedtime arrives, parents can unwind in the plunge pool or stargaze in the outdoor jacuzzi.

Climbing wall at Chalet Alpaca in Meribel

4. Chalet Alpaca, Meribel

Arguably one of Meribel's most desirable chalets, Chalet Alpaca is the perfect luxury chalet for families with children who won't sit still. Just 100 metres from the Doron piste, access to and from the slopes is easy so there'll be no complaints about walking in ski boots from here. However, it's after skiing that the fun begins with a fabulous home cinema and a games room with pool table and pinball machine to keep everyone entertained. The main highlight though is the chalet's very own indoor climbing wall - perfect for competitive teens who like a challenge.

Well set up for families, the chalet has a bunk room for four children which can be combined with one of the twin rooms to create a family suite. There's also a self-contained staff flat with separate access for a nanny or teenagers who prefer their own space.

Chalet la vigne verbier

5. Chalet La Vigne, Verbier

Set high above Verbier with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, Chalet La Vigne is an ideal property for family holidays. The quad bunk room has an en-suite and provides a cosy haven for children with sheepskin rugs and teddy bears.

On the ground floor of the property, guests can unwind with a swim in the indoor swimming pool or have a soak in the outdoor hot tub. For further relaxation, there is also a cinema room and an impressive wine cellar waiting to be explored by the adults of the group.
