Electric snowmobiles

Ideal for a family ski holiday in Les Gets, snowmobiles are an exciting alternative to skiing for the children of the group. This zero-emissions activity allows young members of the group to learn to drive electric snowmobiles specifically designed for their age on a dedicated, enclosed circuit.

Located between the Lac des Ecoles and the blue "Gentiane" slope, under the "Chavannes Express" chairlift, the park is open 3 days a week between 10 am and 5pm. Children will be provided with the necessary safety equipment before they commence their thrilling ride around the track.

For the older members in the group, Avoscoot in Morzine offer nighttime snowmobile rides high up on the slopes of Super Morzine. With rides from 17:30 pm until 23:00, there are a few different experiences on offer including the winter wonderland experience which can be enjoyed by all members of the family.


The fun doesn't have to stop there....return to Chalet Valambrun and take a dip in the private pool or enjoy a film in the cinema room with an impressive 120" screen.

Sledging

Fun for all the family, experience all five sledging areas in Les Gets with two in the village centre, two higher up in the mountain and one at the edge of the village. Providing some great sledging opportunities, all of the designated sledging areas are on the Chavannes side of the valley.One of the most popular sledge runs at 100m, Perrières is located to the left of the Perrières express chairlift base station whilst Le Carry located next to the Chavannes gondola bottom station is the perfect spot for younger children to try sledging for the first time.

For the adrenaline seekers of the group, night sledging is also available on the Pleney slopes in Morzine. Supervised by instructors, children from 8-11 years old must be accompanied by an adult on their sledge.

Located in the heart of the village, the outdoor ice rink of Les Gets is open on a daily basis depending on weather conditions. Within walking distance from several luxury ski chalets and apartments in Les Gets, this rink offers skate rental and toboggan rental for children.

For a fun evening activity, the Les Gets ice rink also organises ice parties with all members of the family able to skate away to music surrounded by the snowy landscape and twinkling lights. For those looking to enjoy skating when the weather isn't at its best, the luxury ski resort of Morzine has an indoor rink at the Palais des Sports located just a 10-minute drive from Les Gets. During the day the rink can be used by the public and at night the rink transforms into a lively sporting arena.

Located in the centre of Les Gets, Apartment Le Coin Perdu is a convenient base with ample entertainment on offer.
