Description
Modern luxury home with beautiful views
Chalet Klaas is located in a residential area approximately 2 km from WEF's main conference facilities and just four minutes from the centre of Davos. Three floors are connected by stairs and a lift. The modern and spacious living area on the first floor has large windows allowing in copious amounts of light. It includes a lounge area with coffee table, modern fireplace, dining area that seats 12 guests and an open plan, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The area opens to a large terrace and garden with views towards the mountains.
An office area is located on the top floor. Outside is a wonderful garden and parking for three cars.
Eight guests can enjoy four comfortable and spacious bedrooms all with either balcony or terrace access. On the first floor is the master double bedroom with a dressing area, and another double/twin bedroom with a separate shower room. On the top floor are two double bedrooms that share a shower room.
