The chalet is a 15-minute walk from the Medran lift and just an eight-minute walk from Place Centrale. Set over five floors, the chalet offers 502m² of living space, including a large indoor swimming pool. An expansive garage provides parking for six vehicles and guests have the use of a laundry room, ski room and wine cellar.

A spacious reception area on the ground floor welcomes you into the chalet. An elevator, with a striking glass wall running from the entrance level to the top of the chalet, delivers you to each floor. It is on the top floor where you will find the wonderful living area, complete with an open fireplace, stylish seating and large balcony. The A-frame ceiling with skylights and incredible floor-to-ceiling window fills the room with natural light. The living room flows through into the elegant dining area and modern kitchen, which is flanked by a balcony.

The lower ground floor of the chalet is dedicated to the stylish marble spa which houses a 12-metre indoor swimming pool. After your swim, why not relax in the hot tub which can be accessed from the pool or via floating steps across the pool? Directly behind the hot tub is a hammam and there is also a small gym for those who love to work out. A treatment room with two massage tables is also located on this level.

Chalet Bella Rocca is able to accommodate up to 10 guests across five en-suite double bedrooms. The master suite, located on the first floor, is the highlight; with sliding doors opening out onto a large balcony, an en-suite bathroom with free-standing bathtub and shower and a dressing room. A second bedroom plus a reading lounge is also located on this floor. The three remaining bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms have access to a shared balcony.
