Mountain Restaurants

This rustic mountain hut on Jakobshorn has a cosy dining room and a large sun terrace with breathtaking panoramic views. Enjoy specialities from the grill or a tasty homemade pizza straight from the wood-fired oven.

Situated next to the top station of the Schatzalp cable car, Panorama Restaurant Schatzalp lives up to its name with breathtaking views of the Alps. In the day, enjoy hearty lunches or a cup of coffee with a slice of homemade cake. At night, an à la carte menu of local and Mediterranean specialities is available accompanied by continental wines.

Located at the top of the Weissfluhjoch on Parsenn, Restaurant Weissfluhgipfel is a must when skiing in Davos. At 2,883m above sea level, the panoramic views of the Graubünden Alps are hard to beat. Enjoy a varied menu of regional specialities including Rösti with Davos mountain cheese and fried egg.

In Town

In a warm candlelight ambiance, restaurant Alpenhof Davos offers a menu of delicious Swiss and Mediterranean dishes. With friendly service and a good wine selection, this is the perfect place for an intimate yet relaxed dinner.

For à la carte fine dining, head to Chesa Seehof in Davos Dorf. Part of Hotel Seehof, expect classic dishes reinterpreted with a twist. Specialties include beef tartare and veal escalope with potato salad and cranberries.

Located in Davos Platz, KaffeeKlatsch is the best place to start your day. From homemade Swiss muesli to hot pancakes and any style of eggs, this breakfast of champions is the best preparation for a day on the slopes. Or why not pop in for a cup of coffee and sample one of their mouth-watering baked goods?

Situated in Davos Dorf, between the valley station of the Parsenn funicular and the railway station, Montana Stube is a favourite with families. This rustic restaurant is renowned for its tasty “Mistkratzerli” (roasted Poussin). They also offer a delicious meat fondue served with french fries and homemade chutneys and sauces.

Located at the Morosani Hotel, Postli Grill is the place to go for steak-lovers, but there is a range of organic, vegetarian and gluten-free options too. Highlights of the menu include Irish prime beef rib eye and tuna ceviche with mango, cashew-nuts, cucumber and cilantro.

For that Michelin-star experience

Part of the “Escher Raumdesign” premises on Promenade 115, Michelin-star restaurant Glow combines an interesting location with an upmarket interior and minimalist-style cuisine. Amrein’s creative menu comprises four to seven courses and changes every three weeks. Guests can also try some of the chef’s classics which include “langoustine ravioli served with a lobster sauce” and “fried duck liver on caramelized apple.” The wine list includes fine wine from all the provenances, a selection of internationally-known premium wines and a range of Swiss specialities from the Graubunden region.


Located at the foot of Jakobshorn, Bolgen Plaza is a fantastic venue to finish off a day on the mountain. Kicking off at 3pm, apres-ski fans can enjoy tunes from DJ Robbie who has been spinning his discs here since 1998.

Situated inside the snowboarders’ hotel of the same name, Bolgenschanze is a lively venue in Davos Platz. Hosting live music acts and themed nights, the bar has an extensive drinks menu including a range of cocktails.

A well-known après-ski spot on the Jakobshorn mountain, Jatzhütte is THE place to party on the slopes with plenty of opportunity to dance daily to international DJs and live music acts. With over 100 reclining chairs surrounded by palm trees, plus a heated whirlpool, it is also a great place to wind down with a cool drink. There are also plenty of snacks available too, including sandwiches, burgers and salads.

Popular with locals and visitors alike, Montana Bar is located on the main street in Davos Dorf and regularly hosts live music, events and DJ parties.

Conveniently located directly opposite the valley station of the Parsennbahn cable car, Parseen Gada is a lively apres-ski bar serving hot food, snacks and drinks. There’s a live DJ, heated terrace and cosy restaurant bar if you prefer to relax in front of the fire with a glass of wine.


Well known for its legendary parties, Ex Bar, located in the centre of Platz, stays open well into the early hours of the morning. With kitsch decor, an extensive drinks menu, delicious bar snacks such as chicken wings and burgers, DJs and live bands, you can’t go wrong with an evening spent here.

THE place to see and be seen, Pöstli Club is notorious for attracting the cool crowd. Located inside the Morosani Posthotel in Platz, the club opens on a Friday and Saturday night hosting great DJs and non-stop partying into the early hours.
