St Anton village centre is around a two-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the apartment. Situated on the ground floor of the Marmotta chalet, Apartment 1 has a stylish interior combining tradition and modernity. The charming apartment has an open-plan living room with a cosy seating area, an elegant dining area for 12 people and a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating.

Apartment Marmotta 1 is able to accommodate up to 12 people across five en-suite bedrooms. There are four double bedrooms and one bunk room sleeping four people. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms whilst the three remaining bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.

Guests staying here also have access to a sauna, relaxation/quiet room and ski room which is shared with the other apartments in the building.
