Cypress Sky Retreat sits in a quiet residential pocket a short drive from Whistler Village and Whistler Blackcomb. The house backs onto Nicklaus North Golf Course and the Valley Trail, with open views towards the mountains and easy access to Whistler Creek, Rainbow Lake and the Scandinave Spa nearby.
Inside, the house has been designed with larger groups in mind. The main living room is double-height and full of light, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a stacked stone fireplace, a large sectional sofa and a dining table seating 12. The kitchen sits alongside, featuring an island with bar seating, and is well-equipped for groups cooking at home.
Upstairs, there is a second entertainment space with a 20-foot bar, TV area and doors opening onto a large covered terrace. The terraces are a real highlight, with over 1,500 square feet of deck space, two fire pits, covered seating areas and mountain views on both levels.
Accommodating 14 guests in total, Cypress Sky Retreat has four double bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own patio, freestanding bath, wet shower, and infrared sauna, as well as a bunk room that comfortably sleeps two children.
There are also two hot tubs: one just off the master bedroom and another on the lower terrace beside the outdoor seating area.
Ski and boot storage, humidity-controlled boot dryers, and two laundry rooms add to the practical features of the house.
