Austrian-style chalet close to Whistler Village

Haus Heidi stands out immediately. From the road, its turreted roofline, balconies and red front door give it the feel of a storybook Alpine chalet. Set among the trees, the chalet is only a 10 to 15-minute walk from Whistler Village.

Inside, the look is quite different. The interiors are lighter and more contemporary, with soft neutral tones, textured fabrics and generous entertaining spaces.

The main living floor has several seating areas, a gas fireplace, twin solid white oak dining tables, and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of prep space and multiple appliances. Patios on both sides of the house extend the living space outdoors.

The bedroom layout works particularly well for multigenerational stays. There are five themed bedrooms in the main house, including a bunk room, plus a separate self-contained guest suite beside the entrance with its own living area, kitchen and bathroom. That extra suite gives grandparents, a nanny or another family group a little more privacy.

Outside, the rear terrace feels more secluded, with the hot tub, sauna, fire pit and outdoor seating all tucked away from view. Together with the TV room, office nook, heated ski room, and two laundry areas, Haus Heidi is well set up for longer family stays.

1 king-size double bedroom (Woodland Suite) with an en-suite shower room (double shower, washbasin and WC)
1 queen-size double bedroom (Heidi Suite) with a daybed and separate shared bathroom just across the hall (bath, shower, washbasin and WC)

Lower Floor:

1 quad bunk bedroom for children with an ensuite WC and separate shared bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin and WC)

Guest Suite:

1 king-size double bedroom with a private entrance, 2 optional sofa beds, living area, TV, full kitchen, laundry facilities and en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin and WC)

Haus Heidi is situated on nearly an acre of private land with panoramic mountain views, within walking distance of Whistler Village, yet tucked away enough to provide peace and privacy.
