Private residence near the slopes

The Grand Residences form the “Nord” part of Ultima Courchevel Belvédère, set on the edge of La Rosière Forest in one of the sunnier parts of Courchevel 1650. They do not offer the same direct ski-in/ski-out access as the Prestige Residences in the south resort, but the slopes are only a short walk from the ski room, so getting onto the mountain is still very straightforward.

There are five Grand Residences in total, one of which is this four-bedroom residence. Although the residences are linked by an indoor corridor, each feels private once inside and benefits from access to the north resort’s front desk, spa and valet parking.

The residence is arranged over three floors, with four en-suite bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a living room with a fireplace and mountain views. The interiors are contemporary rather than traditionally alpine, so the overall feel is closer to a private hotel residence than a standalone chalet.

Guests also have access to a spa shared between the five north residences. Facilities include an indoor heated pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, treatment rooms and a 24-hour gym. A boutique ski store is also available on site for fittings and rental, and the ski room has plenty of storage.

Good to Know

Location & Access:

Ultima Hotel Courchevel is set on a quiet road with very little traffic. With direct access to the slopes, guests can enjoy both privacy and convenience.
The Grand Residences in the north part of the resort do not offer the same ski-in/ski-out access as those in the south. However, the slopes are only around a minute’s walk from the ski room, and there is a ski butler to prepare your skis.

Space & Layout:

Guests reach the residence via reception and a narrow corridor, giving more of a hotel feel than that of a standalone chalet.

The bedrooms themselves are a good size, with plenty of storage.
All beds are fixed doubles, so the layout is less suited to mixed groups who would prefer twin rooms, although twin duvets can be provided.

Wellness & Facilities:

The spa is open from 9:00 to 21:00 and 10:00 to 19:00 for treatments
The indoor pool and spa are a real highlight, though they are shared with several other residences.
The hotel also has a cinema room, which can be booked privately for movie nights.

Located above Courchevel 1650, Ultima Hotel Courchevel offers near ski-in/ski-out access and is a short drive from both Courchevel 1650 and 1850.

Distance to Piste: 1-minute stroll to green Belvedere piste, which takes you down to the Ariondaz gondola and beginner ski area.
Distance to Ski Lifts: Short ski to Mickey and Belevdere beginner lifts, and the Ariondaz gondola.
