Ultima Courchevel comprises 13 private residences set between Courchevel 1850 and Courchevel 1650. The Prestige Residences are the best placed if ski access is the priority. Set within the south resort, they sit right by the Belvédère piste, with direct ski-in/ski-out access from the ski room. Each morning, skis are prepared for guests by the ski butler, making the start of the day particularly straightforward.
There are four Prestige Four-Bedroom Residences, linked by an indoor corridor but fully private once inside. Each is arranged over three floors, with four en-suite bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a living room with a fireplace and mountain-facing windows. The interiors are contemporary rather than traditionally alpine, giving the residence more of a refined hotel feel than that of a stand-alone chalet.
Guests also have access to a shared spa reserved for the eight south-resort residences. The outdoor heated pool is the standout feature, alongside a gym, hammam, sauna, sensorial shower and treatment rooms for massages, facials and other therapies.
Ultima also has its own restaurant, cocktail bar and boutique ski shop for in-house fittings and rental.

Location & Access:
- Ultima Hotel Courchevel is set on a quiet road with very little traffic. With direct access to the slopes, guests can enjoy both privacy and convenience.
Space & Layout:
- Guests reach the residence via reception and a narrow corridor, giving more of a hotel feel than that of a standalone chalet.
- The bedrooms themselves are a good size, with plenty of storage.
- All beds are fixed doubles, so the layout is less suited to mixed groups who would prefer twin rooms, although twin duvets can be provided.
Wellness & Facilities:
- The spa is open from 9:00 to 21:00 and 10:00 to 19:00 for treatments
- The indoor-outdoor pool and spa are a real highlight, though they are shared with several other residences.
