Contemporary chalet on the Cospillot slope

Set among the trees in Nogentil, Chalet Perce Neige occupies a quiet position on the Cospillot slope, away from the busier centre of Courchevel 1850. Guests can ski out from the chalet, while the centre of the resort, ski school meeting points and La Croisette are reached by chauffeur in a few minutes.

The chalet is arranged over five floors, with a lift connecting the levels. Inside, the style is contemporary, with pale wood, glass, clean lines and large windows that make the most of the surrounding trees and mountain views. The main living floor is light and open, with a central fireplace, generous seating, a bar, wine cellar and a dining area for the group.

A second lounge and office area sit on the upper level, giving guests another place to work, watch TV or spend quiet time away from the main living room.

Outside, the terrace is set up for winter evenings, with seating around the fire pit and views across the snow-covered trees and mountains.

Chalet Perce Neige accommodates up to 15 guests across eight bedrooms. The master suite occupies the top floor and includes its own sitting area, fireplace, dressing room, balcony and en-suite bathroom. On the lower ground floor, there is a mix of double and twin bedrooms, alongside a children’s bunk room. Two additional bedrooms are located on the lowest level with en-suite shower rooms.

The wellness area at Chalet Perce Neige is a real highlight. The 10 x 3 metre indoor pool has an infinity edge and sits alongside an indoor Jacuzzi, hammam and massage room. There is also an outdoor Nordic bath, providing another place to relax after skiing.

Entertainment is equally well covered. The cinema room has reclining seating for eight, while the games room includes table football, pinball, table tennis and a TV area. Together with the bar and wine cellar, these spaces make Perce Neige a good choice for groups who plan to spend relaxed evenings at the chalet.

Location & Access

Surrounded by fir trees in the Nogentil area of Courchevel 1850, Perce Neige enjoys a picturesque and peaceful location, just a short drive from the resort centre.

Distance to Piste: From the chalet’s ski room, guests can ski to the blue Cospillot piste down a track through the trees (approx 100 metres). To return to the chalet, ski down to the bottom of the Pralong lift which is around 200m from the chalet
