Just a 10-minute walk from the Le Praz cable car, the property provides easy access to the vibrant Courchevel 1850 and exceptional skiing across the Three Valleys.

This contemporary property is spread over four floors and blends traditional stone and wood materials with soft tones and stylish interiors. On the top floor, the open-plan living area is ideal for entertaining, with a large dining space for 20 guests and a stylish kitchen, all centred around a cosy fireplace.

After a day on the slopes you can unwind in the impressive spa and wellness area, which includes a large swimming pool, two saunas, two Japanese baths and a hammam. For those with energy to spare, the fitness room offers a range of modern equipment.

Up to 10 guests are accommodated across five en-suite bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom features a dressing area, a reading nook, balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub and separate shower.

For larger groups, the chalet can be rented in conjunction with Chalet Irbis, sleeping up to 20 guests. The chalets are connected via Chalet Khoton's wellness area. Additional guests can be accommodated in neighbouring Chalet Beloukha.

Chalet Khoton boasts a prime location in the village of Courchevel Le Praz, just 20 metres from the slopes. It's only a two-minute walk to the red Brigues piste, providing direct ski access to the main lift hub. Alternatively, a quick three-minute shuttle ride takes you to the Le Praz gondola and Forêt chairlift, offering seamless access to the Three Valleys ski area and a direct link to Courchevel 1850. The Le Praz gondola operates until 11:30 pm, making it easy to enjoy the vibrant nightlife, upscale boutiques and fine dining of Courchevel 1850.
