Impressive from the outside, Chalet Cheval is a unique property in Meribel with beautiful views of the gondola rising up the mountain. Well-positioned opposite the Olympe gondola and with the Raffort piste close by, the setting is practical for skiers, yet the chalet has plenty of space to work well for groups spending time together at home.
The main living area is the heart of the chalet. The kitchen opens directly onto the dining area, creating a connection between the chef and guests. The dining table and sumptuous sofa seating area by the charming stone fireplace also create a naturally sociable space with a view through to the pool behind.
Just off the main living space is a cosy reading nook - perfect for curling up with a good book.
Five double bedrooms are spread across the top two levels. The top floor bedroom is extremely spacious, whilst the remaining bedrooms are more standard in size, with modern marble bathrooms or shower rooms. The final two bedrooms are set in a newer studio with two en-suite double bedrooms, a small sitting area and a kitchenette. This area feels a little more separate from the main house, which may suit a family unit or nanny particularly well.
The main highlight of Cheval Blanc has to be its indoor pool featuring floor-to-ceiling windows. There's also a cinema room (accessed via the studio) for movie nights.
Other features include a great ski room with plenty of seating, a luggage lift and a garage with parking for up to three vehicles.

The chalet has a convenient location close to the base of the Raffort piste and opposite the Olympe gondola. It's just a short drive to the resort centre. The free Meribel bus route A has a stop directly outside the chalet boot room.
- Distance to Piste: 2-minute stroll from the bottom of Le Raffort piste, giving near ski-in access.
- Distance to Ski Lifts: 2-minute walk to Olympe gondola, which whisks you up to the main lift hub at La Chaudanne.
