Perfectly positioned on Méribel’s prestigious Route des Chalets, Chalet Trois Ours is one of the few genuine ski-in/ski-out properties in the resort, offering direct access to the Doron piste. Recently renovated, the chalet blends authentic alpine materials with refined interiors, creating an inviting and luxurious mountain retreat. With six bedrooms, the chalet accommodates 10 adults and two children in comfort and style.

The first floor is dedicated to an impressive open-plan living and dining area, where a grand stone fireplace, sumptuous sofas, and vaulted ceilings set the scene for relaxed gatherings. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a spacious sun terrace, offering beautiful views of the slopes and an ideal setting for al fresco dining.

Sleeping arrangements are spread across three floors. The top floor houses four en-suite twin/double bedrooms, three of which enjoy private balconies with sweeping slope views. The master suite is located on the ground floor and features a spacious en-suite bathroom, while a charming bunk bedroom for two children is positioned nearby, ideal for families.

For post-ski relaxation, the ground floor features a tranquil spa area complete with a steam room, wet room, and a hot tub on the terrace; perfect for unwinding under the stars.

Additional wellness facilities can be found on the lower ground floor, which include a dedicated massage and treatment room, a fitness room equipped with a running machine, exercise bike, free weights and mats, and a private cinema room with plush seating, surround sound, and an extensive film library.

Other facilities include two outdoor parking spaces and laundry facilities.
