The Peaks has an ideal location in the one of the best residential areas in Kitzbühel. Access to the ski area via the Hornbahn is just a five-minute walk from the chalet whilst downtown and the famous Hahnenkamm are only seven minutes away on foot. The Peaks offers incredible views over some of the most scenic mountain ranges in the region, including the Wilde Kaiser, the Streif and Hahnenkamm; even extending to the peaks of the southern mountains. The chalet is modern yet inviting, with designer furnishings and state-of-the-art technology.

The upper floor of the chalet is home to a stylish open plan living and dining area with a welcoming fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows giving access to the breathtaking views. The decor incorporates handcrafted materials, warm oak wood and designer products from KLAFS Sauna, B&B and upcoming talent such as Freifrau & Jauna. The fully-equipped kitchen is fitted with Gaggenau appliances and has a hidden bar and integrated music system.

Full-height sliding doors lead onto the balcony with panoramic views over the entire city and the world-famous Streif.

After a day on the mountain a sauna and steam room offer complete relaxation. There is also a gym with TRX and yoga facilities. With the newest smart home technology, you can prepare the spa from the ski slopes in time for your arrival home. Further opportunities to chill out can be found in the home cinema room, equipped with Sky, Netflix and Apple TV.

The Peaks has three spacious bedrooms furnished with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms and the fourth bedroom has a private shower room. The master suite is particularly spacious and has its own dressing area and oval floor-standing bathtub and double-size shower. The fifth bedroom with a sofa bed and shared bathroom is available for larger parties and two extra beds can be arranged on the mezzanine floor if required.
