The main living area is located on the top floor of the property, offering panoramic views of the majestic Omeshorn through floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors. The contemporary yet inviting living room incorporates traditional alpine materials that blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. This space features comfortable sofas arranged around a fireplace and flows effortlessly into the elegant dining area.

Also on this floor, you will find a professional bar and a wrap-around terrace with an outdoor fireplace.

The second floor is home to three ultra-luxurious suites, each designed to provide the utmost comfort and privacy. The master suite features a spacious living area with a fireplace, an en-suite bathroom, and two private balconies. The two additional suites on this floor offer a cosy living area with a fireplace, an en-suite shower room, and a private balcony. Completing this floor is a ski room. The remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with terrace access and a mix of en-suite shower rooms and bathrooms.

For an apres-ski drink, the wine cellar is carefully curated with hand-picked rarities, selected by Austria’s only master sommelier, Alex Koblinger. Le Chalet offers a ski-in/ski-out location (conditions permitting) and is just a five-minute walk from the Petersbodenbahn chairlift and top of the Oberlech cable car. The vibrant centre of Lech, with a selection of boutique shops and fine restaurants, is easily accessible via the Oberlech cable car (operating until 1:00 am) or by car.
